Nitrocellulose is white floc and chip fiber ,with specific heat about 0.4 and relative density 1.65- -1.67g /c&©|13217;,highly flammable ,soluble in organic solvent such as ketone,ester,alcohol ether etc, sensitive to machinery i***ct when alcohol is lower .It can react with acid ,alkali,oxidant and reductant.
According to the nitrogen content it will be classifed to H and L .
H with nitrogen content 11.5-12.2% ,
L with nitrogen content 10.7-11.4%.

Nitrocellulose chips is small white flake ,soluble in organic solvent such as keton,ester,alcohol ester etc.with density 1.34g /m3 and explosion point 157&©|8451;. It is ready to combust on encountering fire, decomposed byheat and reacts with acid and alkali.
